2.       What information I need to provided for quotation?

Normally, please provide your products design, material, size, thickness, quantity, printing method, package, place of delivery and so on.

3.       Which type of file format I need to supply for sample production?

We accept AI, EPS, TIFF, JPEG files and they should be over 300DPI

4.       What is the lead time?

For normal cases, after receiving the final artwork, it takes around 3-5days to produce a plain sample, whereas around 7-10days for logo printing samples. After the sample approval and deposit confirmed, it takes around 20-30days for mass production. The lead time can be revised for urgent or larger quantity orders.
